We believe it is one of the world's most radical hotel concepts and offers a solution to expensive and boring hotels around the globe. Cabins are bookable in a four hour block (with extension by the hour thereafter) enabling delayed and transfer passengers to relax privately in a hotel environment. In addition, passengers leaving on those early morning flights can stay the night before to catch some extras hours sleep in the morning and check in online from the comfort of their rooms safe in the knowledge that they are just a casual stroll for their next morning's departure. The Yotel Booking System is powered by the Intelligent Hotel Reservation Software
Early arriving passengers may also check-in for a few hours before going to a meeting.

Embracing the very best of contemporary technology

Intelligent Hotel had to provide a solution enabling Yotel to run a seamless, highly integrated system that could run without the intervention of staff. The set-up needed to allow customers to book online with the flexibility of bookings for just a few hours. The customers then arrive and are presented with a doorkey from a kiosk, which allows them to enter, stay and order extra services through their TV system. Finally, then can leave without a formal checkout process whilst the automated check out process rebills, invoices, and places all income directly into Yotel's bank account.

Whilst other Intelligent Hotel clients will not require a fully automated set-up, the benefits of our experience and technical knowledge does mean you can achieve substantial cost savings, and significant time savings, with a selection of Intelligent Hotel's best-of-breed products and services.
The Intelligent Hotel PMS, the reservation and management system, powers the Yotel bookings driven through their website, creates and maintains customer profiles and integrates with the many Hi-Tech services their customers are able to enjoy. Indeed, the PMS was the only PMS in the world  flexible enough to be able to provide intra-day booking periods as well as the normal overnight stays.
