The set-up needed to allow customers to book online with the flexibility of bookings for just a few hours. The customers then arrive and are presented with a doorkey from a kiosk, which allows them to enter, stay and order extra services through their TV system. Finally, then can leave without a formal checkout process whilst the automated check out process rebills, invoices, and places all income directly into Yotel's bank account.
