Internet Reservation / Property Management System (PMS)
Intelligent hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) is a modular IP web based centralised and/or premise based PMS, Reservation, Front of House (FOH) and Back Office Financial / Accounting system that has been designed to cater for every size of hotel and hotel group. It allows guests to view hotel services, check availability, room rates and make reservations, in addition to the normal FOH hotel staff interventions.
Private Branch Exchange (PBX) & Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)
Intelligent hotel is both a Mitel and Avaya Private Branch Exchange (PBX) and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) authorised distributor. However, most makes of PBX and UPS can be supplied, installed and supported in order to meet the required specifications and brand standards of both individual and group hotels. In addition Intelligent hotel can interface with your existing or chosen PBX or UPS suppliers, either within the 19” rack mounted cabinet or externally if necessary.
Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS)
In addition to its preferred partners inbuilt Electronic Point of Sale systems (EPOS) system, Intelligent Hotel will interface and operate with most manufacturer’s EPOS systems, enabling food, beverages and other revenue generating extra’s to be added to guest rooms / accounts and charged on check-out.

Its prime function is to collect call data from the PBX, calculate the cost of each call / internet usage, add the desired mark-up and then calculate the amount to be charged to the guest, patient or student. This information is then passed to the PMS for billing.
